You can bring your own kitchen knives at home and sharpen them with a craftsman (up to 2 knives per person). We will provide you with a grinding stone (If you have one, please bring it with you).

We have been working as a wholesaler in the area of Echizen Uchihamono, which has a 700-year tradition of producing knives, attaching handles to knives finished by artisans, adjusting the hizume and putting our names on them, and finishing them into products. We wanted to offer our customers knives that are more comfortable to use, so in 2015, we launched our own brand called “Fumizekka ECHIZEN”. The streamlined grips, which are individually carved by artisans, fit well in the hand and make cooking fun with the best sharpness.
