A restaurant offering an exclusive dining experience limited to one group per day. Chef Yunoki Eiju’s culinary masterpieces take Toyama’s freshest local ingredients to unprecedented heights. Yunoki creates original menus available nowhere else using wild game he obtains directly from a local hunter he knows personally. Reservations required.
