Oryouri Fujii

Pass through a white split curtain fluttering on a picturesque street to reach this Japanese restaurant nestled at the far end of a courtyard surrounding a central pond. The owner Fujii Hironori got his start in the culinary arts by learning from his father, the owner of a seafood store. Fujii trained in renowned restaurants in the Hokuriku region and Kyoto before opening his own location in 2011. Oryouri Fujii was awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide Hokuriku 2021 Special Edition. Reservations required.
