Piatto Suzuki Cinque

An authentic Italian restaurant showcasing the talents of its chef Suzuki Goro. Fascinated by Toyama’s wealth of local ingredients, Suzuki sources seafood directly from the morning’s catch and only uses freshly picked vegetables. Menu offerings pair well with wine and local sake. Ceramic art by Iwamura En is on display in the restaurant’s interior and exterior. Reservations required.
